Dispute – Important

First of all, we would like to say thank you for your business with us. We do appreciate it and strive for bringing more value to you all in the long run. We are writing this notification with reference to the refund issue. In some situations of our business, you may want it. If so, please email to let us know first before initiating any disputes. Receiving your demand for the refund via mail, we will do immediately and you will get your money back within a day. Otherwise, we really regret but we will not resolve the disputes till the due date of the bank, which takes 30 days for your refund. Such disputes give both of us a very hard time and can damage our business critically.

Hopefully, we together do our business to achieve win-win outcomes. One more thing to say, we work with one core value that is always satisfying customers. If you do not have enough reliability on us, please not make any orders. We afraid that however hard we try to satisfy you, you will not think it enough.
